 On behalf of my fellow Officers and Board members, I would like to welcome you to the ACG Cleveland Chapter. As I assume the leadership role of this great chapter, I would be remiss if I didn’t give thanks to our past presidents who have guided this chapter to where it is today.
ACG is an international organization of over 12,000 professionals with chapters in North America and Europe. The Cleveland chapter has over 400 members and is now the fifth largest chapter in the “world” and growing. Cleveland members include corporate executives, capital providers, M&A professionals and related service firms.
We provide quality programs, education and networking and believe our members join ACG Cleveland for two primary reasons:
- To bring more value to their organizations through networking with a diverse and influential community of business people, and
-
To participate in educational events that will help them design and implement strategies to increase revenues, profits and stakeholder value.
We look forward to an exciting year ahead with many networking events which include breakfast meetings at the historic Union Club in downtown Cleveland featuring CEO’s of leading Northeast Ohio corporations, panel discussions with a variety of topics relating to the deal community, a spring social at the beautiful Shorbey Club in Bratenahl and the ACG Cleveland Golf Outing at Firestone Country Club in October.
The capstone event of the year is our annual Deal Maker awards dinner in January were we’ll host over 700 members and guests from over 20 major cities. Now in its 13th year, the Deal Maker awards dinner is recognized as a premier event for ACG and is a must-attend event.
