DealSource, now in its fourth year, is one of the most unique opportunities afforded to attendees of M&A East. Private Equity firms and Investment Banks are able to schedule and conduct brief one-on-one, private meetings within one day in one location! Pre-registration is required!

Who is eligible to participate in DealSource?

Private equity firms that sign up to participate in the Private Equity Marketplace will receive first priority for DealSource. Our expectation is that these PE funds will use all of the available slots at DealSource. However, if that is not the case, invitations will then be sent to PE firms registered for just the conference.

On the investment banking/intermediary side, first priority will be given to mid-Atlantic event sponsors in this category. To the extent that there is additional space, other investment banking firms in the mid-Atlantic region may have an opportunity to purchase a booth.

When and where is DealSource?

DealSource is scheduled for Wednesday, September 17 from 9:30 am - 4:30 pm.

DealSource will be held at The Union League of Philadelphia, 140 South Broad Street, and within walking distance to the welcome reception at the Kimmel Center on Avenue of the Arts in Center City Philadelphia and the DealMakers’ Private Equity Dinner.
