WELCOME!

ACG is the premier professional organization focused on corporate growth, corporate development, and mergers & acquisitions for mid to large companies.

ACG Mission:  To promote the professional interests of its members by offering a forum for quality programs and education.

Founded in 1954, the Association for Corporate Growth ("ACG") is a global association for professionals involved in corporate growth, corporate development, and mergers and acquisitions. Today ACG stands at more than 12,000 members from corporations, private equity, finance, and professional service firms representing Fortune 500, Fortune 1000, FTSE 100, and mid-market companies in over 50 chapters in North America and Europe. ACG Richmond, established in 1996, has the reputation of being known as the premier organization for the best speakers and networking opportunities in the Central Virginia region. ACG members are united by a common focus of corporate growth.

ACG Richmond~~The Leading Authority on Corporate Growth

ACG Richmond sponsors a bi-monthly Breakfast Series September through May where local and regional business leaders discuss their business growth, strategies, results and lessons learned.  The chapter meetings, a number one benefit of membership, provide multiple chances to meet local people of similar professional interests. The chapter's popular conference, the ACG Richmond Virginia Capital Day Conference, featuring the Private Equity Marketplace is held annually in the fall.  ACG Richmond sponsors a business case competition at the VCU School of Business and a strategic innovations challenge competition at University of Richmond's Robins School of Business. For the coming year, ACG Richmond is focused on providing exceptional take home value to its members through continued quality programming, emphasis on middle market companies, and increased networking opportunities.
